Mixed Greens Salad with Crispy Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 150g of mixed greens salad
  • Salt as taste
  • 130g of prosciutto crudo
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 2tbsp of spring onions
  • 1tbsp of olive oil
  • 2-3tbsp Newman’s Own Ranch dressing

Method

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat, and once it’s warm enough, layer in the prosciutto slices. Cook it until it becomes crispy but not burned
  2. Once the prosciutto is done, let it cool for a few minuted then break it into desired size pieces
  3. Toss the salad with salt and mix well
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes and chop the spring onions to your preference, then mix them into the salad
  5. Toss the salad with olive oil and Newman’s Own Ranch dressing and sprinkle the prosciutto on top
