Mixed Greens Salad with Crispy Prosciutto

Ingredients
- 150g of mixed greens salad
- Salt as taste
- 130g of prosciutto crudo
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- 2tbsp of spring onions
- 1tbsp of olive oil
- 2-3tbsp Newman’s Own Ranch dressing
Method
- Heat a pan over medium heat, and once it’s warm enough, layer in the prosciutto slices. Cook it until it becomes crispy but not burned
- Once the prosciutto is done, let it cool for a few minuted then break it into desired size pieces
- Toss the salad with salt and mix well
- Cut the cherry tomatoes and chop the spring onions to your preference, then mix them into the salad
- Toss the salad with olive oil and Newman’s Own Ranch dressing and sprinkle the prosciutto on top
