Crispy Garlic Potato Pops are a very a-peeling side dish or party snack! 🥔👀

Newman’s Own Ranch Dressing
3 potatoes
1 garlic bulb
1tsp paprika powder
1tbsp nutritional yeast
4tbsp cornflower
Spring onion
Salt and pepper

1. Peel and dice 3 potatoes, then boil them until soft.
2. Drain the potatoes and add them to a mixing bowl. Add 1tsp of garlic, 1tsp of paprika, 1tbsp of nutritional yeast, 4tbsp of cornflower, salt and pepper.
3. Mix and mash well, then shape the mixture into balls.
4. Drizzle some olive oil and air-fry for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees, until golden and crispy.
5. Finely chop 2 garlic cloves.
6. In a pan on high heat, melt some butter and add the chopped garlic.
7. Turn off the heat, add the potatoes, some chives to garnish, and toss.
8. Plate up and enjoy!
